Goods Damaged upon arrival
If goods are damaged upon delivery it can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a replacement.
Goods should be returned in its original undamaged packing.
Rocktools will do a through inspection of the product to make sure the product has not been used before processing a replacement.
